We have been hearing a lot about artificial intelligence (AI) in the media, particularly since the release of ChatGPT in November 2022.  You may know a lot about it, a little or nothing at all but Dr Martin Compton (an academic at King’s College London who leads on AI integrations in education) believes it is something we should all connect with as there are many opportunities as well as pitfalls we need to be alert to.  AI is much bigger than ChatGPT of course and Martin (In his 60s and certainly no ‘tech bro’!) will outline some of the many ways it is being used for good as well as how, inevitably, it is being misused.
