Will AI ever become conscious? There is a debate taking place in media whether AI will ever become conscious. Some argue yes and add that we should be worried that they will become much smarter than us and take over the world completely. Others say that it simply will not be possible to replicate human consciousness in a computer. We will discuss the arguments for and against (with some help of AI) to see what our conclusion will be.
